A bit of biography

I am an English octogenarian. I retired some twenty years ago after a life as a Chemical Pathologist in charge of a hospital laboratory in charge of biochemical tests. Up til about ten years ago I was very fit doing regular four mile power walks. Then I was diagnosed with COPD although at an early, mild stage. Six years ago I diagnosed my own heart attack in the middle of the night and after a short admission had a triple bypass. I remain reasonably fit but had a succession of unpleasant chest infections. Early this year I was diagnosed with heart failure after an attack of atrial fibrillation.
