It's a little over six years since my heart attack and subsequent triple bypass. With attacks of atrial fibrillation and a bad chest infection, the last few months have been depressing. But now, with sunshine, things are at last looking up. Better day today, managed round the block (about half a mile) in approximately 13 minutes. No big deal for most people, but when last two walks took 18 and then 15 minutes, progress indeed. Even managed some two hours pottering in the garden.
